Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 box small raisins
- 1/2 tsp. chives
- 1/2 tsp. mint flakes
- 2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
Method
- Skin cucumber and cut into slices. Add to mixing bowl, sliced cucumber, raisins, chives, mint flakes and yogurt.
- Mix together. Add more yogurt, if desired, but a little bit goes a long way. Let flavors blend in refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes (but no longer than 30 minutes). Serve within 30 minutes of adding yogurt to cucumber.
