- 6 chicken breast fillets
- 6 thin slices ham
- 6 thin slices Swiss cheese
- 1 envelope Shake and Bake coating mix
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
Method
- Pound chicken flat.
- Top with ham and cheese.
- Roll up; secure with a toothpick.
- Coat with Shake and Bake.
- Refrigerate, covered with plastic wrap for 2 to 4 hours.
- Let stand at room temperature for 15 to 30 minutes.
