- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. drained shredded or ground unpared cucumber
- 1/4 c. finely sliced green onion
Method
- Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish, salt and lemon juice.
- Beat smooth. Chill until partially set. Stir in cucumber and green onion.
- Chill in 3 1/2 cup mold until firm.
