Ingredients
- 4 pieces cube steak
- 3 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1/2 stick margarine
Method
- Place steak in large Pyrex dish.
- Layer onion, carrots and potatoes on top.
- Heat soup with margarine and pour over casserole.
- Cover and bake at 375° for 1 hour.
