Ingredients
- cube steak
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cans water
- salt
- pepper
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
- flour
- oil
Method
- Cut steak into serving pieces.
- Trim off fat.
- Salt and pepper meat.
- Roll in flour and brown on both sides in a frying pan.
- Put meat in a casserole dish.
- Put cream of mushroom soup into frying pan with meat drippings and add water.
- Bring to a full boil.
- Pour over steak and sprinkle onion soup over this.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Cover while baking.
