- 10 oz. pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed
- 8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 3/4 c. chopped green onions
- 1 envelope vegetable soup mix
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 large round sourdough bread
- garlic powder
- olive oil
- assorted raw vegetables
Method
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
- Cover and chill overnight to blend flavors.
- Hollow out sourdough round, baste with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
- Cool.
- Fill with vegetable mixture.
- Serve with baked bread cubes and fresh vegetables.
