Ingredients

  • 1 package of fresh Brussel Sprouts cut in half
  • and then washed. 2 Large cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1/2 cup de-shelled and chopped pistachios
  • 1tsp. garlic powder
  • 1tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. salted butter
  • and 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil.

Method

  • 1.)Heat oil and butter in pan on med.
  • 2.) Add pistachios and cook for about 1 min. prior to adding anything else.
  • 3.) Add Brussel Sprouts and garlic then stir all together.
  • 4.) Sprinkle all the garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • 5.) If the oil and butter dries up, you can always add more olive oil or butter.
  • 6.) Cook for about 15min. until the brussel sprouts begin to get crisp and golden on the edges.
  • It's a perfect side to any meal, enjoy!
