- 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 tearspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
Method
- Combine all ingredients in 4 quart crockpot; mix well. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender and thoroughly cooked. Serve with hot cooked rice or noodles.
