- 1 c. margarine
- 2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. dry seasoned stuffing
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 beaten eggs
- 3 1/2 c. chicken broth or 3 c.
Method
- Saute
- first 5 items together. Place stuffing in large bowl and toss with sauteed items.
- Combine soups and eggs with broth; add
- to stuffing.
- Put in 3 1/2 quart crock-pot.
- Cook on low 4 to 8 hours.
