Ingredients
- 2 lb. squash
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Method
- Cook squash and onion together till almost done, drain.
- Mix with soup and sour cream.
- Pour out in a casserole dish.
- Combine butter and stuffing, sprinkle on top.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
