Ingredients
- 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 small box elbow macaroni
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 stick margarine
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Cook macaroni in boiling water about 6 minutes.
- Drain water off macaroni and place in a lightly greased crock-pot or spray lightly with Pam.
- Cut margarine into small pieces and stir into macaroni until melted.
- Add remaining ingredients to macaroni in crock-pot, leaving some cheese to sprinkle on top.
- Cook on low setting for 2 to 3 hours, or high setting for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
