Ingredients

  • 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 small box elbow macaroni
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 stick margarine
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Cook macaroni in boiling water about 6 minutes.
  • Drain water off macaroni and place in a lightly greased crock-pot or spray lightly with Pam.
  • Cut margarine into small pieces and stir into macaroni until melted.
  • Add remaining ingredients to macaroni in crock-pot, leaving some cheese to sprinkle on top.
  • Cook on low setting for 2 to 3 hours, or high setting for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
