Ingredients
- 1 dozen Eggs
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 Green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 packages Mushrooms ( cleaned amd chopped)
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Method
- Brown sausage, crumbled and drain.
- Set aside.
- In sausage drippings saute pepper, mushrooms and onions.
- When tender set aside.
- Scramble all eggs.
- When starting to cook add sausage,and mix veggie.
- Cook until done.
- When done sprinkle cheese on top.
- Serve with biscuits and enjoy.
