Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Instant Coffee in 1/4 cup Boiling Water (or 1/4 cup Kahlua)
- 32 Nilla Wafers
- 8 oz. reduced-fat Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- 8 oz. Whipped Topping, thawed (Cool Whip)
- 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup fresh raspberries (optional)
Method
- Stir coffee granules (if using) into boiling water until dissolved. Cover bottom of 8-inch square dish with wafers. Drizzle with 1 tbsp. coffee (or Kahlua).
- Add 2 tbsp. of the remaining coffee gradually to reduced fat cream cheese in medium bowl, beating with whisk until blended. Add sugar; mix well. Stir in whipped topping. Spoon half of mixture over wafers in dish. Cover with remaining wafers. Drizzle with remaining coffee. Top with remaining cream cheese mixture.
- Refrigerate overnight. Top with raspberries just before serving (optional); Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
