Ingredients
- 2 lbs stew meat
- 1/2 - 1 ounce dry onion soup mix (1/2-1 envelope)
- 12 ounces carbonated lemon-lime beverage
- 10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup or 10 3/4 ounces cream of chicken soup
Method
- Put meat in slow cooker.
- Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over meat.
- Mix soda and soup together in a bowl. Spoon over meat, being careful not to disturb the onion soup mix.
- Cover and cook on high 4 hours. Do not stir or remove the lid until the time is up.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
