Ingredients

  • 8 eggplant smalls, cut roundels
  • 1 cup milk
  • 10 pepper corns crushed
  • 2 tablespoons maida / all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • oil to fry

Method

  • In a bowl, mix the all purpose flout/ maida, salt and pepper. Keep aside.
  • Soak the cut eggplants in milk for about 5 min.
  • Remove them from milk and dust them over seasoned flour mix.
  • Deep fry them in oil and sprinkle the chilli flakes over it.
  • Serve hot with chilli garlic sauce/ ketchup.
