Ingredients
- 8 eggplant smalls, cut roundels
- 1 cup milk
- 10 pepper corns crushed
- 2 tablespoons maida / all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- oil to fry
Method
- In a bowl, mix the all purpose flout/ maida, salt and pepper. Keep aside.
- Soak the cut eggplants in milk for about 5 min.
- Remove them from milk and dust them over seasoned flour mix.
- Deep fry them in oil and sprinkle the chilli flakes over it.
- Serve hot with chilli garlic sauce/ ketchup.
