Ingredients
- salt and pepper
- 4 chicken breasts, boned, split and skinned
- 1 pt. low-fat sour cream
- dry stuffing mix
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Salt and pepper the prepared chicken breast.
- Place in shallow baking pan and spread thickly with sour cream.
- Sprinkle the dry dressing heavily over all.
- Dot well with butter.
- Bake for 45 minutes until crisp and brown.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
