Ingredients
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 Tbsp. milk
Method
- Cream shortening and sugar.
- Add eggs, then add rest of ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Form into balls.
- Bake at 375° until done, about 10 or 12 minutes.
