Ingredients
- 1 c. chopped ham
- 1 c. water
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
- 2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. cubed Swiss cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Method
- Boil ham in water for 10 minutes.
- Add broccoli; cook until tender.
- Gradually add milk to flour; stir well to blend. Gradually add milk mixture to ham mixture, stirring constantly, until mixture slightly thickens.
- Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add cheese and seasonings.
- Cook until cheese melts slightly.
- Serves 4 to 6.
