Ingredients
- 1/4 c. rice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 c. milk, scalded
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. raisins
Method
- Wash rice thoroughly.
- Add remaining ingredients and pour into greased baking dish.
- Bake in slow oven (325°) 2 hours, stirring several times during baking.
- The mixture should not boil.
- Serve hot or cold.
- Serves 6.
