Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Combine rice, milk, sugar and margarine.
- Cook over medium heat until thickened (about 30 minutes).
- Stir often.
- Add vanilla.
- Pour into serving dish.
- Serve hot or cold.
