- 3 lb. arm or chuck roast
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. salad oil, olive
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. vinegar
Method
- Mix all ingredients and pour over meat.
- Refrigerate 3 days. Turn meat at least once.
- Grill
- to desired doneness.
- Slice thin and serve.
- My kids favorite!
