- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 1/3 c. coarsely chopped milk onion
- 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- pepper to taste
- 2 lb. unpeeled small red skinned potatoes, cooked, drained and quartered
Method
- Mix all ingredients except potatoes in a large serving bowl until well blended.
- Add hot potatoes and toss to coat.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Serves 4.
