Ingredients
- 8 c. chopped tomatoes, skinned
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
- 24 oz. tomato paste
- 30 oz. tomato sauce
- 4 c. chopped sweet bell peppers
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 2 c. chopped onion (Vidalia sweet)
- 4 to 6 cloves garlic
- 4 to 5 hot peppers
Method
- Bring to a boil; simmer 30 minutes.
- Makes about 9 pints.
