- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 white onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices processed cheddar cheese
- 2 dill pickles, sliced
Method
- Brown meat with onion and garlic, in large skillet. Drain fat, add barbecue sauce, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, satl and pepper. Cook 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon meat mixture onto bottom halvof of buns, place cheese on meat, add sliced pickles, top with top bun.
