Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 white onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices processed cheddar cheese
  • 2 dill pickles, sliced

Method

  • Brown meat with onion and garlic, in large skillet. Drain fat, add barbecue sauce, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, satl and pepper. Cook 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Spoon meat mixture onto bottom halvof of buns, place cheese on meat, add sliced pickles, top with top bun.
