Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. crunchy peanut butter
- 3 tsp. milk
- chopped roasted peanuts (optional)
- 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
- 1 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 9-inch graham cracker crust
Method
- Beat cream cheese at high speed until fluffy. Add thawed Cool Whip, peanut butter, sugar and milk. Beat well. Spoon into graham cracker crust.
- Chill at least 5 hours before serving. Garnish with peanuts.
