Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Combine sugar and milk in 3 qt.
- glass bowl or casserole.
- Microwave on high for 6 minutes.
- Stir.
- Microwave 2 minutes more.
- Stir.
- Microwave 4-5 minutes more or until temperature reaches 236F (soft ball stage) on a candy thermometer, stirring every 30 seconds to keep mixture from boiling over.
- Add peanut butter, marshmallow creme and vanilla.
- Beat until well blended, using a wooden spoon.
- Pour into greased 8-inch square baking pan.
- Cool and cut into squares.
