Ingredients
- 1 can Osage peaches (Raggedy Ripe), drained
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon or peach jello
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 c. peach juice
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- dash of nutmeg
Method
- Drain peaches; reserve syrup.
- Soften cream cheese.
- Dissolve jello in hot water.
- Add softened cream cheese and beat with rotary beater.
- Add peaches, cut in pieces, lemon juice and peach syrup.
- Pour into square Pyrex dish (or other container) that has been greased with mayonnaise.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired. Refrigerate until set firmly.
- Cut into squares to serve.
