Ingredients

  • 6 ounce. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. pimiento stuffed olives, minced (reserve liquid)
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans
  • 2 tbsp. reserved olive liquid
  • Dash cayenne pepper
  • Dash of Tabasco
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Method

  • In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with electric beater till fluffy.
  • Add in mayonnaise and beat till creamy.
  • Add in olives, nuts, olive liquid, cayenne, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce and blend well.
  • Cover and refrigeratefor 24 hrs before serving.
  • Serve with assorted crackers or possibly party rye slices.
