Ingredients
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 6 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 c. double-strength coffee, cooled
Method
- Whip 1/2 cup of the whipping cream to soft peaks; set aside. In a pitcher or bowl, combine remaining 1/2 cup cream with chocolate syrup, sugar and cinnamon.
- Stir in coffee until sugar dissolves.
- Fill four glasses with ice; pour coffee mixture over ice.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
