- 1 pkg. None Such mincemeat
- 1 pkg. cherry jello
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 3 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. broken nut meats
- mayonnaise
- paprika
Method
- Prepare mincemeat as for pie.
- Mix both packages jello with boiling water.
- Add lemon juice, mix with mincemeat mixture and cool.
- When jello mixture begins to set, add celery and nut meats (if desired).
- Pour in mold.
- Serve with mayonnaise sprinkled with paprika.
- This is good anytime!
