Ingredients
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 German chocolate cake mix
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 box confectioners sugar
Method
- Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Dump pecans and coconut into greased pan.
- Follow directions on cake mix.
- Pour cake mix on top of pecans and coconut.
- Mix cream cheese and melted butter. Add confectioners sugar.
- Spread on top of cake mix.
- Bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes.
