Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- kosher salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. prepared horseradish
- 1 head green or Savoy cabbage
- 2 large carrots
Method
- In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper until the sugar dissolves.
- Whisk in the sour cream, mayonnaise, and horseradish.
- Add the cabbage and carrot and toss to coat.
- Let sit, tossing occasionally, for at least 15 minutes before serving.
