Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 1 3/4 cups confectioners sugar
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dutch processed unsweeted cocoa
Method
- Cream butter and sugar together until creamy. Add cream cheese and sour cream. Continue mixing, adding vanilla and the cocoa slowly , 1/4 cup at a time. Contine to beat until frosting is light in texture and creamy.
