Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. Blue or Roquefort cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- salt to taste
- dash of red pepper
Method
- Place cheese in bowl and mash with a fork.
- Blend in mayonnaise and sour cream, creaming until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Chill several hours.
- Makes 2 cups.
- Very good with raw vegetables.
