- 6 to 8 chicken breasts
- green pepper
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- garlic salt
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 2 c. grated cheese
Method
- Boil and debone (or use boneless) chicken breasts; dice.
- Dice pepper; saute in 1/2 stick butter.
- Add flour and milk to thicken. Add 1/2 of cheese, soup, soy sauce, garlic salt, pimento and mushrooms; mix together well.
- Stir in chicken pieces.
- Boil spaghetti; drain well and add to mixture.
- Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole dish.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350° until brown.
