Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 chicken breasts
  • green pepper
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • garlic salt
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 6 oz. spaghetti
  • 2 c. grated cheese

Method

  • Boil and debone (or use boneless) chicken breasts; dice.
  • Dice pepper; saute in 1/2 stick butter.
  • Add flour and milk to thicken. Add 1/2 of cheese, soup, soy sauce, garlic salt, pimento and mushrooms; mix together well.
  • Stir in chicken pieces.
  • Boil spaghetti; drain well and add to mixture.
  • Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole dish.
  • Top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake at 350° until brown.
