Ingredients

  • chicken pieces
  • cayenne pepper
  • Louisiana hot sauce
  • flour
  • milk

Method

  • Take chicken and coat by sprinkling with cayenne pepper.
  • Make it red.
  • Then douse with hot sauce.
  • Refrigerate for hours.
  • Dip chicken in milk, then dredge in flour until coated.
  • Place coated pieces of chicken in medium-high heated oil.
  • Cook in oil at medium-high for 5 minutes on both sides until slightly crusty. Lower heat to medium and cook until golden brown which should take 20 to 30 minutes depending.
  • Drain on paper towels.
  • Serve warm.
