- chicken pieces
- cayenne pepper
- Louisiana hot sauce
- flour
- milk
Method
- Take chicken and coat by sprinkling with cayenne pepper.
- Make it red.
- Then douse with hot sauce.
- Refrigerate for hours.
- Dip chicken in milk, then dredge in flour until coated.
- Place coated pieces of chicken in medium-high heated oil.
- Cook in oil at medium-high for 5 minutes on both sides until slightly crusty. Lower heat to medium and cook until golden brown which should take 20 to 30 minutes depending.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
