Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 chicken breast halves
  • Swiss cheese slices
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. cooking wine
  • 2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1/2 c. melted butter

Method

  • Skin chicken breasts and arrange in baking dish.
  • Place 1 piece of Swiss cheese in each piece of chicken.
  • Stir together soup and wine or water.
  • Spoon over chicken.
  • Top with stuffing mix and drizzle melted butter over each piece of chicken.
  • Bake, uncovered, for 55 minutes.
