Ingredients
- 6 to 8 chicken breast halves
- Swiss cheese slices
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. cooking wine
- 2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Method
- Skin chicken breasts and arrange in baking dish.
- Place 1 piece of Swiss cheese in each piece of chicken.
- Stir together soup and wine or water.
- Spoon over chicken.
- Top with stuffing mix and drizzle melted butter over each piece of chicken.
- Bake, uncovered, for 55 minutes.
