Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb. unsalted butter
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 pkg. instant pudding mix
- 1 c. milk
- 1 pt. heavy cream
Method
- Combine butter and water; cook until it comes to a rolling boil.
- Add cup of flour; keep stirring until it forms a rolling ball.
- Remove from heat; stir in the eggs.
- Mix until smooth.
- Heat oven to 400°.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet, about 1 inch apart.
- Use about 1 tablespoon of mixture for each cream puff.
- Yields 12 to 14 cream puffs.
