Ingredients
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 8 1/2 oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
- 16 oz. can creamed corn
- 16 oz. whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9 x 11 x 2-inch ungreased pan.
- Bake at 375° until firm.
- Remove and serve either hot or cold.
