Ingredients
- 3/4 c. cold water
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 4 eggs
Method
- Heat water and shortening to boiling point. Remove from heat. Add flour. Stir and let cool. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring constantly. Drop by tablespoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 360° for 45 minutes. DON'T open door. Cool. Split and fill with whipped cream or ice cream and coat with chocolate syrup.
