Ingredients

  • 2 x Ripe pears
  • 2 x Ripe granny smith apples
  • 8 x Ginger snap cookies
  • 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter Cinnamon
  • 6 ounce Blue cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 8 Tbsp. Sweet wine

Method

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Peel, halve & core pears & apples.
  • Cut fruit into thick wedges.
  • Cut out 4 large squares of parchment paper.
  • On each piece of parchment pile some pear & apple wedges.
  • Crumble over all the ginger snaps.
  • Dot with butter & sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Crumble blue cheese over all.
  • Drizzle honey & wine on top.
  • Fold paper together & turn edges over to seal.
  • Place on baking sheet.
  • Bake 8 min in regular oven or possibly 3-4 min on high in microwave.
  • Approximately 4-10 min.
