Ingredients
- 3 c. zucchini, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 c. half and half
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. chicken bouillon (2 cubes)
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Combine zucchini, water, onion, parsley flakes and one bouillon cube.
- Cook until tender and only small amount of water remains.
- Put through blender; set aside.
