Ingredients
- 1 c. mashed bananas (2 medium bananas)
- 1 1/8 c. low-fat milk
- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 cube diet margarine
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. walnut pieces
Method
- Mix wet ingredients (first 4 items).
- Mix dry ingredients; add wet to dry and blend.
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Put ingredients into a greased loaf pan.
- Let stand 10 to 20 minutes.
- Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
