Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
Method
- Cook potatoes, celery, onion and salt in water until potatoes and celery are done.
- Blend butter and flour.
- Stir into hot mixture.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Add milk and reheat.
