Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Soft Butter
  • 3 ounces, weight Soft Cream Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Walnuts

Method

  • Cream the butter, cream cheese and sugar together. Add vanilla and cream the mixture again. Stir in flour and walnuts, just until blended. Shape into balls and flatten.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 14-18 minutes. Do not overbake. Remove from oven when cookies start to brown and cool on a cookie rack.
  • Store in a tightly covered container for up to 2 weeks.
