Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cups Soft Butter
- 3 ounces, weight Soft Cream Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 cups Chopped Walnuts
Method
- Cream the butter, cream cheese and sugar together. Add vanilla and cream the mixture again. Stir in flour and walnuts, just until blended. Shape into balls and flatten.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 14-18 minutes. Do not overbake. Remove from oven when cookies start to brown and cool on a cookie rack.
- Store in a tightly covered container for up to 2 weeks.
