Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 scant cup of salad oil
Method
- Put egg, salt, mustard, juice, and 1/4 c. oil into blender. Cover, turn on low speed.
- Remove cap and add remaining oil in steady stream. Use only as much oil as is absorbed in mayonnaise.
