Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 unbaked 10-inch pastry shell
Method
- In large bowl of electric mixer, at medium speed, beat together, until smooth, the cream cheese, 1 egg, sugar and vanilla.
- Spread over the bottom of the pastry shell.
- Sprinkle with the pecans.
