Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. picante sauce
  • flour tortillas
  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can chili
  • 1 can enchilada sauce

Method

  • Mix ground beef, taco seasoning, water and picante sauce. Simmer about 5 minutes.
  • Spoon into flour tortillas.
  • Add shredded Cheddar cheese and roll up.
  • Place in baking dish and pour over top, chili and enchilada sauce that have been mixed and heated a little.
  • Spread shredded Cheddar cheese on top and bake in hot oven until cheese melts.
