Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. picante sauce
- flour tortillas
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can chili
- 1 can enchilada sauce
Method
- Mix ground beef, taco seasoning, water and picante sauce. Simmer about 5 minutes.
- Spoon into flour tortillas.
- Add shredded Cheddar cheese and roll up.
- Place in baking dish and pour over top, chili and enchilada sauce that have been mixed and heated a little.
- Spread shredded Cheddar cheese on top and bake in hot oven until cheese melts.
