Ingredients
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 24 vanilla wafers
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
Method
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract and eggs until light and fluffy.
- Put vanilla wafer at bottom of cupcake liners.
- Fill 3/4 full of cheese mixture and top with cherry filling.
- Bake at 375° for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cool and serve.
