Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 3 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 2 or 3 drops red food color
Method
- Beat
- cream cheese with milk until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients, blend.
- Press small amounts into candy molds. Remove from
- molds
- and
- air
- dry at room temperature, 4 to 6 hours. Store in airtight containers.
- Yields 4 dozen.
